Using fluorinated liquid, we detect leaks up to 10-3 ATMcc/sec. The device's airtightness has been improved compared to conventional models, resulting in reduced consumption of expensive fluorinated liquid. Additionally, by using the optional fluorinated liquid recovery cover, we can efficiently recover and reuse the fluorinated liquid during sample loading and unloading. The device also comes standard with a cooling water circulation pipe, allowing for the efficient recovery of vaporized fluorinated liquid by circulating cooling water.
